About Our Daycare

Chinenye Daycare was created after my experience working with the New York Board of Education. When I decided to start a daycare in our home, one whole floor was devoted specifically for running the program. We care for children from 6 weeks old to 13 years old. These include infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school aged children. Since we opened, we have maintained the standard as a New York State licensed program. Those standards include sanitation, discipline methods, and use safety mechanisms, including locked medicine cabinets, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and more. The safety of the children is one of our most important priorities. Because of that, we have many safety protocols in place, as well as policies regarding immunization, health examination forms, and the like.

At Chinenye Daycare, we pride ourselves in being very loving, kind, gentle, and understanding childcare professionals who are easy to talk to, intelligent, efficient, open to new ideas, and above all, strive to improve the current and future well-being of the children we care for. We have many educational resources, based on the age of the children. We offer story time, learning colors, numbers, shapes, alphabets, reading books to infants, and so much more.
