About Our Daycare
Welcome to Chinenye Daycare!
At Chinenye Daycare, we pride ourselves in being very loving, kind, gentle, and understanding childcare professionals who are easy to talk to, intelligent, efficient, open to new ideas, and above all, strive to improve the current and future well-being of the children we care for. We have many educational resources, based on the age of the children. We offer story time, learning colors, numbers, shapes, alphabets, reading books to infants, and so much more.
One of our primary objectives is to provide a nurturing, fun environment for the daycare children. To accomplish this, we have child-sized furniture, nap cots, toys, books, games, craft materials, puzzles, and outdoor play equipment which will help children remain stimulated while in our care. The children also have climbing and other equipment inside a fenced backyard, where they are always supervised by our staff. In addition, we have materials and tools for early learning such as those that help children learn the alphabet and how to count. Social skills are also an important aspect of our daycare program. A child needs to learn how to engage with other children as well as with adults, and we consistently provide these opportunities.
An additional service we offer is picking up your older child from a nearby school and helping them with their homework while they are in our care. We have computers which are accessible to all the children in the daycare, especially the children in the “afterschool care” program.
Because we believe consistency is key, we have created schedules for daily activities, meal times, diaper changing times, nap times and more. We have an open door policy, which means the parents can stop by without notification, and call or text anytime they want and we will respond.
We strive to be your partner and always give our parents peace of mind. We are completely transparent in our program and curriculum. We make ourselves available to discuss any questions or concerns our parents may have. We continuously self-assess and look to improve and make communication with the parents a paramount part of the childcare environment. We are committed to giving your children quality care. We make sure that the children in our daycare, grow physically, socially, emotionally, academically and otherwise.

Chinenye Daycare Assistant
Mr. Linus Eze
Mr. Linus Eze is a retired NYC public school teacher. He holds two Masters Degrees and a candidate for doctor IF education Leadership at Liberty University.
He has also taught Information Technology and general subjects in K-12 schools;

Currently, Mr. Eze is an assistant provider at Chinenye Daycare since 2006 to date. He is CPR and First Aid certified.
